Day 11 - A letter to our class teacher in Australia, Luke -- by Ryan Suen Ting Hong (4E) and Sky Chan Ching Tin (3C)

Dear Luke,

G'Day mate, how ya doing? Do you still remember where we have been to today? It is our last day in Cairns. We enjoyed our trip very much! Even though there was some embarrassing experience happened today...

We went to the Bungy Tower to see how people do bungy jump by coach this morning. It was quite a long way for me as I (Ryan) got car sickness easily. When we arrived at the Bungy Tower, I thought it would be quite boring at first, however, after a while, you went up to the top of the Bungy Tower and prepared for the bungy jump yourself! We were so surprised!! When you jumped down, all of us clapped hands because we thought you were very brave!

The Bungy Tower is so high!!

Do you dare?

After the Bungy Jump Tower, we went to the Cairns Tropical Zoo. After having our lunch at the Zoo canteen, we went to feed the kangaroos, they were very friendly. But when we fed them, their saliva was all over our hands, it was so disgusting but exciting! We didn't mind the saliva and took lots of photos with them. Next, we went to a crocodile show. We didn't feel too special about it because we saw it last week. Then, we watched to Snake show. We have to thank you for teaching us so much about snakes. After the show, we went to the restaurant and ordered iced coffee. It tasted good!! You may try it next time. Then, we went to the souvenir shop but we didn't buy anything. At last, we went to the Opal Factory. It was a bit boring but we were glad that we could have a good day with you.
